The Athletics Plan includes 4 or 5 meals a day (Breakfast, Snack, Lunch, Dinner, Post Workout Shake).

A diet plan designed for people with high physical activity who is striving to build and maintain high muscle mass. We have prepared BCAA cocktails added to a meal plan. The ingredients from which the smoothie is composed allow you to maintain the right level of muscle and provide the right proportion of proteins and carbohydrates, supplement glycogen supplies and prevent the decrease of glucose.
