The Vegan Plan includes 4 meals a day (Breakfast, Snack, Lunch, and Dinner) or 3 meals a day (Breakfast, Lunch, and Dinner).

If you’re a vegan or have recently decided to follow a plant-based diet, this meal plan makes for a week of wholesome eating. Our vegan meal plan sets you up to lose a healthy 1 to 2 pounds per week.

The vegan plan excludes Meats, Poultry, Fish & Seafood, Dairy products, Eggs, Bee Products, Butter, Ghee, Lard.
